Ingredients
2/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter
20 gPowdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. You want it to be completely melted but not bubbling.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the whole milk.
Optional: Add powdered sugar for a sweeter cream.
Whisk the mixture until it’s well blended and smooth. If you have an immersion blender or a regular blender, you can blend it for an even creamier texture.
